FIND THE ANSWER IN THE BIBLE

Is the climate change true or false?

The Bible Library

The Bible's view on climate change

The climate threat, also known as climate change, is a global environmental challenge allegedly driven mainly by human activities such as the burning of ‘fossil’ fuels and deforestation, which lead to increased levels of greenhouse gases (such as CO2) in the atmosphere. While most ‘climate activists or climate crisis believers’ don't even know the answer to the question of how much of our atmosphere is CO2 (the answer is 0.04%*), they and ordinary people have been intimidated into accepting the ‘doctrine of climate threat’, but according to the Bible, God's promise to mankind regarding the earth's climate is safety, not fear.
Remember that God cannot lie (Titus 1:2) and then read God's promise that He gave to us in His word after the Flood:
”While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.” Gen 8:22 (KJV).
As Christians, we cannot blindly accept what people say, even so-called experts or science (falsely so called 1Tim. 6:20 see SKJVB/KJV). The threat of climate change is not consistent with Genesis 8:22. Instead, we would do well to trust the word of truth, the Bible, completely. When we turn to God's word, we get the answer and do not have to worry. According to the Bible, we know that Jesus will establish his 1000-year kingdom on earth, which would not be possible if we humans were to destroy the earth before the 1000-year kingdom.
In the picture above, desperate climate activists hold up a sign saying ‘There is no Planet B’. The message of the sign clearly illustrates the fear and panic that the false doctrine of climate threat is spreading to especially our children and youth. Remember also the words of the Bible in 2 Tim. 1:7: ‘For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.’ - (KJV). This is definitely not something reflected by climate activists - Don't be fooled by the ‘green lie’, but reject the false teaching of the climate threat.

*The current global average concentration of carbon dioxide in the Earth's atmosphere is around 421 parts per million (ppm) in May 2022.

The answer to the question is: False.

About what a human being is made of?

The Bible Library

According to the Bible, man is made up of three parts:

Neither doctors, nor psychologists, nor scientists know the truth about what we humans are made of. The Bible shows us the answer:
”And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” - 1Th 5:23. (KJV)
1) body 2) soul 3) spirit (see illustration above)
"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." - Gen. 2:7 (KJV)
1) body of the dust of the ground. 2) breath of life, spirit. 3) became a living soul.
"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." - Heb 4:12 (KJV)
God's word divides: 1) soul. 2) spirit. 3) joints and marrow* (which is the body, *see also Luke 24:39).
Spirit and soul are body-shaped - The picture above illustrates that Man consists of, body, spirit and soul. The body is buried, returns to dust (Gen. 3:19), spirit and soul go to heaven (believers) and these are body-shaped. Stephen said ‘receive my spirit’ in Acts. 7:59. "saw their souls, they were given white robes in Rev. 6:9, 11 (Rev. 20:4) Lazarus and the rich man died, the bodies were buried, but still they were brought by angels to Abraham's bosom (in the centre of the earth, which was valid then, for the saints and sinners of that time), but they could both see, and speak. The rich man also wants to get water on his tongue, and they were prevented from crossing a chasm, so they could not float over to the other side (NOTE! The account in Luke 16:19-31 is NOT a parable).
The answer to the question is: three parts: body, spirit and soul.

The answer to the question is: You exist and were created to please God. ‘for thy pleasure’.

About studying the Bible?

The Bible Library

Does your Bible encourage you to study?

The only Bible that tells us believers to study* the Word of Truth is the King James Bible, while it also tells us HOW to study it - by rightly dividing it.
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." - 2Tim 2:15. (KJV)
Yes all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, (2 Timothy 3:16) so all scripture is for you, but not all scripture is written to you**. The Bible text is important to read in context and rightly divide it.
The answer to the question is: This important exhortation is only found in the King James Bible

*Other Bibles have expressions like ‘do all you can’; ‘do your best’ or ‘strive with all diligence’. These Bibles don't seem to want to urge you to STUDY the Bible, strange isn't it.

**E.g. you do NOT have to change your name to Noah and then build a ‘Boat’ like Noah did, so this was obviously not written to you.

Can you know that you have eternal Life?

The Bible Library

Do you have eternal life?

In God's Word is given the promise, the gift and the solution of how to have eternal life, which God has promised to all who believe in the testimony God has given in His Word about His Son, Jesus Christ.
Eternal life is the promise of God :
"In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;" - Titus 1:2 (KJV)
Eternal life is the gift of God:
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." - Romans 6:23 (KJV)
How to get Eternal Life:
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." - John 3:16 (KJV)
But can you really KNOW that you have eternal life? Yes, but not because a man says so, but because God says so in His Word:
"And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God." - 1Jo 5:11-13. (KJV)
The answer to the question is: Yes you can know that you have eternal life.

FIND THE ANSWER IN THE BIBLE

Where was the word of the Lord published?

The Bible Library

In Acts chapter 13 Saul becomes Paul (verse 9) and is part of the church in Antioch. (verse 1) Paul and Barnabus are set apart from the others ‘for the work whereunto I have called them.’, says God. (KJV, verse 2) They preached in a number of places (but nowhere near Egypt) and in verse 49 we can read the answer:
‘And the word of the Lord was published throughout all the region.’ - Acts 13:49 (KJV)
The Bible has given us the answer to where the word of God was published, in Syria, Antioch. Moreover, if we trace the Manuscripts back to their origin, there are only two sources for them - Antioch and Alexandria. Text types representing a time period or place can be traced back to one of two families of Manuscripts - the Majority Text (The Received Text) and the Minority Text (The Critical Text) - the Majority Text originating in Antioch, Syria and the Minority Text originating in Alexandria, Egypt.
In summary, the Word of God was published throughout the region around Antioch and was accepted as Scripture by the early believers when they received it as such (hence the Received Text). Many fragments of these writings form the Majority Text that Erasmus and the King James translators used to compile the Word of God.
The answer to the question is: Antioch, Syria.
